Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to physical products purchased from Flourishzoedyn through flourishzoedyn.world or via direct enquiry.

1. Return Period

You may return unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• The product is unused and in the same condition as received
• Original packaging and tags are intact
• You provide proof of purchase or order confirmation
• The return is initiated within the 14-day period

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or products returned without original packaging.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at help@flourishzoedyn.world with your order details and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return address. Do not send items back without prior confirmation.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or we made an error with the order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

7. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
